protein shake for tomorrow is it alright

hay guys.

so here's the thing

before I go to sleep, I prepare a liter of protein shake (3 scoops of protein+milk)

for tomorrow. now, since I don't have time during mornings when I'm very busy

preparing for work, i wouldn't have time to make my shake.

so here: is it alright to keep the protein shake in the ref till tomorrow? thanks

I know guys who make 2 litre pitchers of protein drink for the week and it works out alright for them. I find it hard enough to swallow fresh protein shakes as it is, so I prefer them fresh.

I'm sure it is fine but you are so hurried that you don't have time to throw some protein and milk in a shaker?

I asked that question to a few manufactures and they all said NO you cant pre mix it before hand you will loose the branch chain aminos in it and the protein will not uptake to your muscles I would say bull shit but muscletech cytosport and the makers of iso pure all said NO. and they all said the same thing to word for word. I was looking to do the same thing. They all say no more than 2 hours after mixing. So mix and you have 2 hours to drink it.

yea man, invest in a shaker.

google a "bottle blender". Its the best shaker ive ever had. Mines about 2 years old and doesnt even show any signs of wear.

i dont even use the mixer ball. its supposed to act like a whisk (wisk? sp?). You could just throw it in the dishwasher though.

I use a Rubbermaid Chug bottle that might be the best shaker ever.

yea, the quality is very good. Thick plastic that doesnt crack, no rubber seal/o ring to lose, tight closing flip top.

Ive had probably 6 other versions of shakers, from GNC, local smoothie places, supplement companies, and every single one of them either cracked or leaked without exception.

Supposedly TrueProtein sells really good ones as well that dont leak. I ordered one a few days ago, so well see if it lives up to the hype. Its only $3.39.

Heres a blender bottle for $5.25, but theres no telling how much shipping is

Heres the trueprotein shaker, theres no pic, but the people at IM rave about it. With my discount code its only $3.22. HYOOOOGE discount yo.
