Anybody use them and which brand is good(tasting)???

I tried one that golds was selling at the front desk. I can't remember the brand but it said 40 grams of protein and it was just in a little tube. I don't even think this is close to possible. Then I looked at the back and it said it had only 80 calories. Which really doesn't make sense because a gram of protein carries 4 calories. 40grams x 4 calories sure as hell doesn't = 80 calories.

Good call bro, the only way that math works out is if there is 2 servings per container. How was it?

I checked the servings and it was only one. I'm really fed up with these supplement companies putting whatever the hell they feel like on labels!

It tasted pretty good actually but it was real watery. Like to the point that I felt like it couldn't of had that much protein in it you know?

Yea, lol. Id be more inclined to believe there was 40g's of protein in a shot if it was more of a sandy paste that tastes like ass, than a watery solution that tastes decent..
