Some good info porkchop, more along the lines i was looking for.
If i can't eat much some days I just can't.
I also don't want to be eating 100 grams of protein in a sitting, with everything else that usually comes with that protein I'm gonna throw on some unwanted weight.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who can't eat all day, sometimes an egg breakfast with fruit and 2 decent meals is all i can get...beef jerky, bars and shakes are going to have to fill in the rest.
