An easy meal

Onions
garlic
mushrooms
fresh spinach
ground beef/turkey 93/7
Eggs

brown meat and drain and in the same skillet cook the onions and mushrooms, once they are done add garlic and cook for a couple minutes. Add the meat back to the skillet and reheat. Add the spinach and cook until its wilted and eggs and cook through.

You can add potatoes, rice, or whatever for a carb source.
