When i'm at work i have long breaks between meals. I just bought interactive nutritions "protein 2 go" bars

Heres the Info:
270 cals
22g protein
7g fat
34g carbs
Is this good enough for a meal replacement?

It is better than nothing, but when I was bulking I considered it a weight gain snack, not a meal

For Bulking...you will need to eat 2 bars per meal......now that can get expensive real fast. I'd look into a shake like EAS's Mass Factor.

what i usually do instead of buying a weight gainer (*for now) is take about two scoops of protein and mix it. Same amount of protein/ cals

could i do like one protein bar and a protein shake?

I know what it's like to have be creative. I've done just what you're thinking and for me it's worked well. It's a #'s game.

For Me I know I need to keep my basic meal at about a 45/45/20 split....that's 45 carbs, 45 protein, 20 fats (good fats) idealy. So no matter what I eat, be it supplements, or food I make sure to get as close to those #'s as I can. That's why I always find it best to make and plan all meals the night before. I even go as far as write them down and keep the list on me.

How many grams of sugar does it have? Some of those bars have a ton of sugar.

Check out Tri-o-plex bars. High in protein, low sugar and they taste pretty good.
