I need a good proten bar recipe. I have never made my own, but im getting sick of paying 2 bucks a bar. So if you have a good recipe....post em up!

because i have a grip of protien. i buy from cosco so you kno what that means... plus making my own would be something different that i havnt tried!

I appreciate your experimental side

But makeing a protein bar that tastes half way good is gonna cost you more than what they cost you at the local gym bro, no offense, if you don't get enough carbs is there, is gonna be as hard as a brick, but if you do figure something out, id be interested to hear about it, good luck

dude, just throw some natural pnut butter, honey, oatmeal, little splenda, scoop or two of protein, cinnamon and maybe a dash of wheat germ. roll in to balls and freeze, musclemilk 40 doesnt know what hes talking about. those cookies taste way better than a bar full of saturated fat and hydrolyzed collagen and gelatin, but who doesn't love eating chocolate flavored animal skin, bones and hooves?
