who do you think makes the best protein ...IF you consider quality and cost. meaning where do you get the best quality at the best price?

I've been using Optimum Nutrition's stuff though. Both are relatively cheap.

Optimum Chocolate mint gets my vote, it tastes good, is high in protein, fairly low in empty carb-ie. sugar. and it mixes well with milk

I'm using Omptimun Nutrition Chocholate which is good but going to allthewhey.com next cause it'll be a cheaper price for my dad.

Optimum Chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla are nice!.
Stay away from the mint. IMO that tastes like dried up terds from crawford TX.
