Psyllium Husk in Shakes

I put Psyllium Husk in my morning and nightly shakes to help with digestion and to control hunger etc. does this fiber suplement (i have the powder form) inhibit some of the absorbsion of the protein? Should i take it at separate times??


PS - i dont use it in my post work out shake++
 
I find that it makes the shake too thick. I usually mix a couple teaspoons with water shortly after a meal.

agreed just dont add your flax oil to the same shake like ive seen some do . the fiber absorbs some if not all the flax and you get nothing out of the flax .
