puffy nipples..HELP!

I'n the middle of the 3rd week of the following cycle:
1-10 test- 250mg twice a week
1-8 Tren ace 50mg every other day
1-6 Anavar (var) 50-80mg every day
5-10 provirone 25mg twice a day
6-10 HCGenerate 3 caps am 2 caps pm
1-10 aromisin 12.5mg(liquid stan) every 3 days
10-16 forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and pm the first 4 weeks and then taper down to 3 pumps am and pm the last 2 weeks
10-14 forged post cycle full dose am and pm

I'm having puffy nipples now
What should I do using the stash I'm having?
I can buy nolva letro or any other compound, but it's gonna take a week to be here
So, what's the best solution with minimum impact on my cycle, health and sex drive?

start taking your aromasin every day and if need be up the dose. Standard dosing for aromasin is 12.5 ed or eod at least.

Up your aromasin dose and go from there if its not strong enough get arimidex.
