ive withered away to 270 or so myself , and im shooting for 240 . im getting to old to stay that big , especially since injuries prevent any seriously heavy lifting anymore .pullinbig said:hey i only weigh 285 now. =0l

2 3 inch scars on the back and a 2 inch scar on my neck includeing a piece of some dead guys leg bone and steel plates in my neck along with some nerve damage = to much strength loss to do any heavy lifting . but i keep going to the gym at least a few days a week . as info i didnt experience any injuries lifting , it was a genetic thing that caused arthritis to form on the INSIDE of the disc which rubbed on the cord/nerves and caused nerve damage .Fender said:270 at 5-9!?!?!? You must be a thick old man. How have the disc surgeries affected your lifting? Must limit the weight you can move which as a powerlifter must suck.
