Yeah, this routine flat out works, Pullin knows his stuff.

The best part of this routine is the eating .....oh wait we arent talking about eating ....off to eat anyways

ive withered away to 270 or so myself , and im shooting for 240 . im getting to old to stay that big , especially since injuries prevent any seriously heavy lifting anymore .

You must be a thick old man. How have the disc surgeries affected your lifting? Must limit the weight you can move which as a powerlifter must suck.

PA...I recommend hiring him. He will get you on the right track for whatever your goals are. Plus you get to talk with him on the phone and he talks funny....

2 3 inch scars on the back and a 2 inch scar on my neck includeing a piece of some dead guys leg bone and steel plates in my neck along with some nerve damage = to much strength loss to do any heavy lifting . but i keep going to the gym at least a few days a week . as info i didnt experience any injuries lifting , it was a genetic thing that caused arthritis to form on the INSIDE of the disc which rubbed on the cord/nerves and caused nerve damage .

as for being a fat f*** lol yeah i am but im still cutting and will be lean and mean at 240 which aint bad for 5-9 and a guy in his mid forties .
