when people say they get good pumps or get a good pump off this and whatever...what exactly do they mean...i've never fully understood it. I'm sure it's something simple enough though
its basically when your muscles are filled with blood and it feels well pumped or full like when u do chest and at first its looks flat then when finish a good set it looks or feels "pumped"
