PureCEE dose is both bodywieght and person dependent.
more muscle= more creatine uptake potential
more natural creatine= lower need and lower uptake potential (relative)
low natural creatine= higher need and higher uptake potential (relative)
1 cap per 40lbs is a general amount some people may benefit from more, some from less (high natural creatine production is not particularly common).
it is HIGHLY reccomended that you try different doses to see whats BEST FOR YOU...
