i just started Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 program....but before then i was either doing an 8,6,6,4....a 10,8,6,4 or a 10,8,8,6 i would mix it up every 4-5 weeks worked really well for me for mass,but strength was lacking,so thats why i started the 5/3/1.....and its really working for my strength gains now....hope this helps my friend
