question about Decca and Anadrol

i am on my third week of Decca and im not seeing any results yet or feeling any strength results neither. im taking Decca 300 QV...i was told it is the same as the other deccas. is this good or no? also, is it safe to take the anadrol 75mg that is used for veterinary use? if so how would be the best to take it? thanks
