I have fish which contains 19 grams of protein per 100 grams. NOW i have cooked it and it loses some size and grams, about 30, which is water which loses from cooking.
Does my fich contain still the 19 grams of protein with this less weight?
To me it should because the loss is all water, i didnt overcook the fish only 10 mins of cooking!
What do you guys think?
