The amount of protein you eat directly corresponds with the number of calories you eat.
If you're eating 220g of protein then that's at 880 calories in protein. I would guess that even for a bodybuilder the majority of your daily calories don't usually come from protein.
Protein= 4calories per gram
Carbs= 4 calories per gram
Fats= 9 calories per gram
