Hello all im new to steroidology. I ordered some albut for rui a while back and im fixing to start it. I was wondering how long can/should i run it and when /should i take benadryl with it? Thanks for any help!

I started off with 4ml three times a day then ended up using 8ml twice a day. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off unless u have some keto. With keto u can use the albut for 2-3 weeks then throw in the keto at 3-6ml ed with the albut and dont have to worry about coming off.
