Question about training woman and fat people

Beast in training
Hey guys, I recently got certified and would like to start looking for a personal training job. I consider myself very knowledgeable in training and nutrition..... FOR MY PERSONAL GOALS. My entire life has been heavy weight, low rep mass gaining exercises therefore THIS is what I know and this is what im good at.

The bad part about this is that like my title says, 90% of who I am going to be training is woman looking to "tone" up and fat people looking to loose the bodyfat.

I feel slightly retarded for asking this but can I use the firmiliar "mass" workouts that im used to for clients? Obviously for toning up and loosing bf id increase the reps and lower the weight and rest time, but should I be looking into gay yoga type routines?

If any non new personal trainers on here, what would be a samply workout for a woman looking to tone up? How about a 300 pound fat man with 47% bf? lol.. I've seen a couple sample workout routines for woman but there working like 4-5 bodyparts per session and imo thats wrong?

oh, a sample "mass/strength" routine for me would be

Chest -
Incline bench press
Decline dumbbell press
Flat dumbbell flyes
Pec dec fly

Back
pullups/assisted pullups (1 set warm up)
lat pull downs
cable rows
bent over rows
deadlifts

Triceps
Close grip bench press
skull crushers
rope pull downs
dumbbell kickbacks

Legs & Shoulders
Squats
front leg curls
back leg curls
side laterals
delt raises
upright rows
shrugs

Biceps
Hammer curls
Alternating dumbbell curls
curl bar curls on preacher bench

Can I use this with added cardio while mixing up the repetitions, rest inbetween sets and the amount of sets per exercise for the typical clients in the title?

What certification did you end up getting? Was there any info on this that you had to study?
