question bout cutting diet

I'm using something similar to the cutting diet that is stickied at the top of the page, only question i have is that i will be working out probaly around 7 in the morning, so would i have to eat before i go workout, or would i just go workout, then make my first meal Post workout nutrition? Thanks for the help guys, still new to the strict diet.
 
I would definately eat before. At least some oatmeal at the minimum so you can have some carbs to burn for energy.
 
I would have to say eat as well especially considering how many hours it has been since the last meal. Should be 8 hours, but over night you have basically been fasting. i would eat something.
