question for anyone who did 5x5

im gonna be taking a week off soon and i was wondering when i come back should i go to the last weight i was doing or should i go down 10-15 lbs and work back up? for example..
benchis now 275 for 5 after my week off should i go right back to 275 or should i go for 250-60 and work my way up?

play it by ear , if youve been overtrained a little bit you may actually be stronger the 1st week back
