Question regarding PCT

Hey people,

I'm just about to finish my first ever cycle and I want to make sure I do a proper PCT...
Here's my cycle:

Sust 350 weeks 1-12, 250mg/2 x week
Anavar weeks 4-12, 80 mg/ed
Arimidex .25 mg EoD

I'm @ week 9 so I'll be finished my cycle in 3 weeks. I have clomid on hand and just want to clarify the proper dose and for how long when cycling sust? I've been told to wait 3 weeks after last pin. Should you keep dosing adex while PCTing? Also how long should you wait between cycles? Any help is appreciated, Thanks.

drop the Adex before post cycle therapy (pct). thats right start post cycle therapy (pct) 3 weeks after the last pin.
and clomid i have good results running
75/50/50/25
and waiting should be the same amount of time on including post cycle therapy (pct). so you should wait 15 weeks.
