I am planning a superdrol cycle. Got everything I need for the cycle itself and PCT. I am now planning when to start. So I have a few questions on which I would appreciate your opinion.
I am currently training a specific training routine, two muscle groups per training, for a 30 day period) for four days my fourth day is low intensity and used for abs and extra exercises for the weaker points of my body pecks and bicep.
Every month I mix up the order of the base exercises (such as deads, bench, squats) and add some different exercises. After 60 days I usually take a week off training.
This week is my week off and I was planning on starting my cycle at the beginning of my next 30 day training routine which starts on sunday.
The first question is if this is advicable or should I start in the middle of a training period?
The second question is when to actually start. Should I take my first dose on a training day, on a rest day or is this completely irrelevant?
Personally I was thinking that I should take the first dose on a rest day for two reasons. First I can monitor negative effects, allergic reactions etc., it might have for me and evaluate. Second because my body has a day to get used to the stuff and third because the halflife will ensure a buildup and on my first trainnig day I will thus benefit from a higher concentration.
Is this reasoning sound or not?
