not exactly sure where this should go but. any one have any idea why i through up every single morning.

i wake up and eat a small breakfast and take my vitamins. and within 10 mins of eating it comes right back up. now once i get out for the day and by like 8am 9am im fine for the rest of the day. but every single morning i toss my breakfast no matter what or how much i eat.

but im gonna say its probably/might be cause i take my morning vitamins as soon as i wake up on a empty stomach and instead of taken 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon like its suggest i just double up.
 
Taking Vit in the morning shouldnt have that effect on you.

Do you have somthing in the morning that you could possibly be allergic to? Its been known that people develop an allergic recation later on in life
 
for breakfast i either eat some oatmeal just plain nothin with it or some eggs.

its been like this for liek 2 weeks now. some days i can control it and just spit a small amount up but most of the time it all comes up. or maybe its the pineapple juice i started drinkin 2 weeks ago. i got a craving for it so i started drinkin a can a day with my last meal
 
when I used to take zinc supplements it made me sick to my stomach even after a meal and it gave me some bad ass headaches. Try not taking the vitamins in the morning and see if you still get sick.
 
yea im gonna go ahead and try to take the one about 2 hours after i wake up then the other few hours later... gonna space em out see if its easier on me
 
Hey bro I almost threw up this morning too. Im pretty sure the cause of this is taking your supps on an empty stomach. I went to bed early last night and didnt eat dinner and woke up this morning took my regular supps and like an hour later I felt like I had to throw up at the gym, but I just kept that shit in me and kept lifting.
 
whenever i take my supplement with water in the morning on an empty stomach it makes me feel like I need to boot... try taking them with your meal or a little while after
 
yup fixed the problem.

yesterday i woke up 430 had my morning shake right then. had a nice light jog through my area for an hour then 530 i had 4 egg whites and 2 pieces of wheat bread. then 30 mins later around 6 when i left the house i took the vits and i felt fine.

on a side note. ive started to document every thing i eat at what time how many calories/grams of fat/grams of protein/ and grams of carbs im taken in everyday. and then document every single thing i do inside and outside the gym

and from that i noticed my carb intake i think is extremely high.so i need to rework my hole diet and my protein was no way near what it should be.

heres yesterday and this has been what i kinda was eating normally since i stopped taking my diet so serious.

im 6'8 260 pound

my calories consumed over 6 meals- 3008
grams of fat consumed-113
grams of protein-181
grams of carbs-224.20
 
yea tell me about it. if i did my math right

bmi=28.5

calories needed 3174
protein needed 182-234*. im not exactly lean cause i got lazy for 2 years and put on a lot of fat. ive got around 80 pounds of fat and im only like 180 pounds lean body weight
fatgrams needed *66-100
and carbs im just gonna try to keep em as low as possible

now these numbers might be off. i cant remember the formulas exactly.
 
Around 200g of carbs should be fine provided they are complex. Protein for someone your size should be around 250-280g.
