new to using steroids. read a book that says with steroids all the old plans for training go out the window.

so i am starting tren and test. so i keep my same routine? 2 muscle groups a day about 3 exercises each at 3 sets per exercise. or do you hit it way more intense?

read one routine that you do full body workout 1 exercise 1 set per muscle group every other day. is this a valid routine?

tryin to get over a hump. not seen growth in mass or strength in a while

Sounds like you haven't gained size or strength because you're lacking proper weight training. To get strong you have to train to do so. To get big you have to do so. They're not the same nor are they the same for everyone. Instead of asking for someone's routine you should do your own thing until you grow/get stronger

Tren is a bad idea for a first or even second cycle.

With that being said you should train on just like you train off. Before you get on you should have already tried the high intensity dorian style training your talking about along with a more standard program and even a high volume program. Trying them all will allow you to know what works best for you and when you get on you will know how to grow optimally

When you get on, or at least for me... My strength was going up so fast and that's pretty taxing on the CNS, I would start to feel overtrained in about the same amount of time compared to when I was off. Yea my workouts had higher intensity and I added a lil volume, the most important thing is to learn to listen to your body, push it past its current limit, then give it time to supercompensate

The main thing gear adds in regards to training is that it gives your body higher ability to retain nitrogen and you have the ability to recover 'heal' faster.. And if you can recover faster, then that means way more positive/useful volume can be achieved over say a 12 week period then could otherwise be achieved-- thus more muscle.
Example-- off cycle if you train super intense long and heavy then you may be able to only work one muscle group per week.. But on cycle your recovery is faster and so you may be able to do it twice per week.
But the actual training program is personal and somewhat based on somatotype and your personal needs.. Not gear

just gonna join the crowd and say NO TREN until you have several cycles under your belt. As far as training, I train just as intense on cycle as i do off. The intensity goes up by itself just because you are lifting heavier and needing less rest. I don't "force" extra intensity when im ON, it just happens.
