Hello ladies. I just joined. I was excited to see some great dialogue about women supplementing, training and dieting on this site. So, I thought I'd join the party.
I've been competing for four years. I love it. But, I want more. I am natural, but I plan to experiment with var. Just var. I want to keep it simple.
If you have any advice or personal experiences, please comment. I am new to this world and do not know any females who are experienced. Shoot, I don't any females that pickup any weight higher than those rubber purple 10lb weights.
My current state:138lbs, 22% bodyfat, 5'3"
My plan: begin supplementing 5mg Anavar for 9 weeks, taper on week 10. Then, begin taking Fordged PCT FOR 6-8 weeks with evening primrose oil.
Diet: consume 1500 calories. 40% fat, 40% protein, 20% carbs. I do not respond well to carbs in the form of rice, fruit, bread, oatmeal, pasta, etc. I get tired and bloated. I get energy from fat and protein. Plus, carbs don't make me feel full. They just make me crave cupcakes and chocolate. All my carbs will come from veggies.
Weight plan: 4-day weight spilt. Keep all reps 5-6. Two exercises per muscle group. 3 sets per exercise. I need to specialize a workout around developing my shoulders. They lack, majorly. Any recommendations? I genetically have full, solid muscles in my legs, they are just covered in fat. So, I was planning on doing plyometrics for leg days workouts.
Cardio plan: 30 minutes total each day, 6 days per week. One of those days includes the plyometric workout for my legs. The other days comprise of 15 minutes of sprints/intervals, followed by 15 minutes of straight vigorous cardio.
Questions: Does anyone have suggestions to improve the program? I understand that the appetite increases on a cycle like this, so could I add phentermin to the mix? Or, is that going to wreck havoc?
I will provide weekly updates on this cycle since I know it is a popular one for women.
