So I'm only 4 weeks into my Test E 500mg/week cycle of what will be a 10 week cycle, the average beginner's cycle. I've put on a lot of what I hope is water weight because my stomach is beginning to jiggle noticeably. I've put on about 12 lbs. in 4 weeks but it definately isn't muscle, I know that when using Test E bloat and water weight are things I have to deal w/ but what can I do to help limit it? I've just this week begun increasing cardio bc I don't like the look of my gut.
Is it really necessary to increase calories when on even for someone like me who puts on bf relatively easily? I fear that when I'm done I'm just going to be 15-20 lbs heavier w/ nothing to show for it but a larger gut.
No, my diet has not been perfect the last 1.5 weeks but it hasn't been all that bad either. Should I consider cutting carbs, limiting them to say pre & post workout?
Any/all advice would be greatly appreciated guys.
