OK just curious about a few things with cardio. Not really advice needed just wanted to know what everyone does.
1) So, do you do cardio before or after you lift?
2) How long on average do you do cardio and how often?
Thanks guys I for one do it after lifts and everyday for 1 hour and working to increase that to 2 hours within the next month.
