Questions on diet plan with new cycle

I composed a nice 300g protein and 600g carb diet since I want to bulk as much as possible and as healthy as possible.

My weight is roughly 200-206 so a buddy of mine showed me a article where it basically said I would be providing a overkill in protein and carbs and should go 1g protein per pound.. 2g carb per pound.

So my question is when on a cycle is it possible to actually eat to many carbs and protein? Is 300g protein too much?

I will be moving to 2 a day workouts too if that helps.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by you want to bulk as much as possible and as healthy as possible? For example, do you care if the weight you add is muscle or fat? Or is the primary goal to simply add any type of weight?

Yes my apologies for not clarifying but muscle is what I intend to add..

Basically, if you eat too many calories -- even if it is from protein -- you will end up storing those calories as fat.

we are shooting in the dark here..

lets get some stats from you

age
weight
height
bodyfat

So 300/600 wouldn't be bad if I was at how many calories?

What is your TDEE? Arnd are you trying to do a ketogenic diet or do you want to eat carbs and maintain your glycogen stores? How much fat do you intend on eating daily. All these facotrs -- and others -- will come into play. You have to think about more than just grams of protein.

at 600g carbs the last thing he is trying to do is go keto lol..

sounds like he just wants to have a successful bulk
