Questions to training

I've been lifting for around 7-8 yrs (now like a lot of people that includes when I was playing Jr. High football, I've learned a lot from that time to now) I have done many different lifting cycles and have been clean for all of them. (Except recently I was talked into a cycle of winey) I've become interested in bodybuilding and by doing it as naturally as possible. I tend to be able to put on some good size when I eat well but I never seem to get any stronger. My chest and abs are the weakest part of my body, yet I have a larger than normal chest (not so much with the abs, never seen a six pack). My shoulders, arms, and legs are the strongest and biggest parts. I seem to have hit a plateau. I can't put on size as well without putting on a lot of fat as well. My strength has been in a plateau for some time now. My lower back has recently started to hurt, either due to tight hams or weak abs (don't know how to tell which one is causing the problem). So down to why I'm writing this. At 22, 185lbs and 10-12% bf I would like to start training as a competitive lifter (naturally). I need advice on how to get over my hurdles with not gaining size, strength, getting a six-pack and relieving my lower back problems. I use proper lifting tech. and usually have some type of 5x5 routine 4 days a week. I know this is a lot to ask and somewhat of a complicated question but would appreciate any info that could be sent my way. Feel free to ask me more questions if more details are needed.

Might want to be a little more specific if you want answers. But if you lift properly, then the next thing I would suggest is eat much more than you are now. You didn't mention your height but at 185 you can easily stand to gain more naturally by simply eating more, despite what your height is. After you get that down, go for a test cycle of 500mg/wk for 12-16 weeks. Make sure you look up the proper post cycle therapy (pct) protocol. Lift, eat, rest, inject and you'll grow. You can listen to advice on training all day until your face turns blue, but you have to just get in the gym and find out what works best for you. Everyone is highly individualized when it comes to the best training routine.
