Quick Diet Advice Please??

Getting Ripped!!
So 3J is on my to do list for sure. Probably start in May but I wonder if you guys can give me some input

I am 3.5 weeks in cycle #1

TEST E 500 MG weekly (2 shots)
Aromasin 12.5 MG Daily

Average Diet

Breakfast
4-7 Eggs (1 Whole)
.50-.75 cups Steelcut Oats

After workout
(2) Scoops Whey

Lunch
Chicken (Probably 10-16oz
1 cup Brown Rice (cooked)
Carrot
1 Big clump Broccoli

Snack
Zone Perfect Protein Bar

Dinner
10-16oz Steak/Chicken
Broccoli/Spinach

Snack
(1) Hard Boiled EGG
1-2 Teaspoons Natural PB
(1) piece 9-Grain Whole Wheat Bread

TONS of Water

I feel so good! The TEST is doing something for sure and I am trimming up. I want to get rid of the little bit of fat on stomach and lean up 3-5% off BF

I weigh 178lbs which is what I started at first day. (gained 10lbs within a couple days and have lost it all now, even through eating so pretty sure water/gaining muscle is too blame :) I am stronger no doubt

Any Thoughts on diet

I use 3j as well, and since you are going to be using him as well soon, I will leave the advice to the professionals. But be prepared for huge amounts of food depending on your goals. Well, well beyong what you are eating now.
 
Agree on using 3Js, he'll fine-tune a program for your specific goals and training habits. You won't regret connecting with him.

IMO, what you've laid-out looks pretty good for a recomp. Portions may be a touch high - perhaps you could incorporate one more meal and allocate those same calories across it? Just a thought. At one point I was only eating 3 meals a day & noticed after a while that my stomach had actually expanded a bit so as to allow for the larger portions I was consuming (not what we want if we're BB'ing ;) )
