Quick healthy eats???

I know some of you guys have to be on the move a lot... i hardly have time to eat but i try to balance it with shakes but even still its becoming very hard to keep up with.

Between classes in the morning and working in the evening its hard to find time to eat HEALTHY, what are you guys eating (besides bars) thats quick?

Hard boiled eggs, beef jerky-homemade is best and less salty, I pre-make a bunch of meals on sunday, put them in tupperware and they are ready to heat up throughout the week. Can of tuna is easy, so is yoghurt, nuts, or fresh vegetables or fruit.

yea but even my sundays are full, i try to make a few meals in advance but on a bulking diet i try to eat 5 times a day. I guess im just looking for something i can get at the store so i can through it in the fridge at work then heat it up.

Nobody is too busy to eat right, premade crap from the store is usually high in fat and salt--spend your off time cooking up a few meals, you can even freeze them right in the tupperware.

Totally agree, i was hoping that someone might have found something.

I guess ill just need to buckle down and make some times to make some meals. Thanks.

one word... BABY FOOD!! ok, that was two, but you know... i practically LIVE off baby food while i travel and when i need to eat clean. seriously; it tastes just like regular food, only without salt or sugar. try some sweet potatoes, peas and carrots, green beans and rice, or oatmeal. swear to god, in front of me at this very moment is a jar of Beech Nut "naturals" Rice cereal and pears. best breakfast i've ever had. it's got 25 grams of perfect carbs with no added sugar. experiment a little. there's no refrigeration or heating needed; just pop the top and eat. try this anytime you need 25-50 quick grams of carbs. i carry a jar of sweet potatoes and two scoops of dry muscle milk in a shaker every day at work, and it's quick and easy. add in a can of chicken or tuna and you're set. no cooler needed!
