thats a loaded question lol .
many people could run 750 mg ew of test without arimidex or anything else while others could walk past a bottle of test and get itchy nips . each person is so different and the only way to know is to go by your own previous experience while cycleing .

the reason i ask is that i've never used arimidex before & i have no idea on the dosage, but i am VERY succeptable to itchy nips, in the past ive just run nolva all the way through, or used proviron, but i know these are not ideal.

I am the latter of the two and i'd recomend .5 ED as a starting point. Go to 1mg if necessary. I know there is eveidence everyone will show you that 1mg is no more effective than .5 but 1. How can this logically be and 2. From personal experience I feel and see a difference going from .5-1mg. I used ology's a-dex.

After doing some reading recently I am going t6o swap out the a-dex for aromasin for my next cycle.

Bro you gotta play it by ear! I am one of the lucky one's. I can do a gram/wk and no gyno. I tried an A-dex my last cycle and ceased use after 4 or 5 weeks. The estrogen suppression was toasting my old ass joints!
