New to this forum/site. I was extremely competitive in my younger days, from 18-24 years, boxing and weightlifting. Well, I'm 41, still very active and have started working out heavily again. 21 years in the Army and still smoking 21 year olds. My concern is he effects of this on the liver. can anyone help out. I had HEP b once, but I don't wan't to take any risks. Any help would be great.
