Whats the diffrence between doing them besdies 1 is off the ground and the other is higher up, whats the benefits of doing rack pulls over dead lifts, l tried them for my first time today

You can alternate them to save the CNS.

If the bottom end of the deadlift is a sticking point for you, do some pulls off 3inch block.

Best of luck brotha.

Like already mentioned doing rack pulls is going to bring more back into the lift.

I have been using a modified westside training template. I use my de leg day more for a back day. After my de box squats I go into back exercises. I like to use heavy rack pulls because I don't want to hit my legs too hard, since I hit them on ME leg day. This seems to be working well for me.

I also like doing rack pulls in the summer when its too hot to put on my sweats, to prevent the bloody raked shins. Though I know some people like them.

box pulls is a workout that needs you to stand on a 3 inch or 3-1/3 inch box and do deadlifts..utilizing overall leg explosive power. it's done in conventional stance.
