Radiaterick workout routine

Hey guys, i have my stats posted in pictures of members and my diet in the diet section. I guess it's time to get some advice on my workouts. Here is an example of what i do each week. I take one day off during the week and a day off on the weekend. I also add in Cardio usually four times a week. I'm curious as if I need to start doing more upper body. I'm always sore and my numbers are low, but that's because i'm still just a beginner. I usually do this workout with high intensity and not much rest between my sets. Let me know what you think.
 
What are you training for? Those workouts look like you are shooting for some sort of highschool clean and jerk competition. Post what your goals are and you will get a better response.
