Hey guys, i have my stats posted in pictures of members and my diet in the diet section. I guess it's time to get some advice on my workouts. Here is an example of what i do each week. I take one day off during the week and a day off on the weekend. I also add in Cardio usually four times a week. I'm curious as if I need to start doing more upper body. I'm always sore and my numbers are low, but that's because i'm still just a beginner. I usually do this workout with high intensity and not much rest between my sets. Let me know what you think.
