Ralox + Prami for gyno reversal?

Hey guys, been lurking this forum for a long time now. Recently decided to make an account..

Im currently 2 weeks into PCT from a 10 week Test E cycle I just finished. Gained 10lbs and havent lost any weight since PCT started, 2 weeks into pct and the boys are already back which is good news. Current PCT is clomid + nolva

Unfortunately I developed a bit of gyno in my left nipple during my cycle. My nips got hard around week 5 and I read many people online who said it was just a side effect of steroids and not to be concerned. Unfortunately it was gyno developing and I had no idea. I was running .25mg Adex ED but that clearly didnt do anything to help. I tried to take every step to prevent gyno from popping up but it happened anyways. I had NO itchiness, or sensitivity or swelling or anything while the gyno was developing. Nips were just a little hard then one morning I woke up and it was visible..

My left nipple is now a little puffy and has a pea sized lump behind it. Its been there for about 6-7 weeks now. Its not extremely obvious but its annoying the hell out of me and I want it gone. I have Raloxifene on hand but have also read very good things about Prami getting rid of gyno. Are Ralox + Prami safe to take together? Can I start the ralox right now (Week 2 of PCT) and just continue to take it for the next 2+ months or so? the Nolva isnt doing shit to reduce this gyno and im getting super impatient waiting for pct to be over to start my Raloxifene treatment.

here is what my cycle was for reference, pretty basic

W 1-7 - Test E @ 500mg/wk
W 8-10 - Test P @ 400mg/wk
W 3-9 - HCG @ 1000iu/wk
W 1-10 - 0.25mg Adex ED

Your prolactin should be fine. I don't see a need to run a Dopamine Agonist (Prami). Raloxifene is your best course of action.

Read the link it my signature. It has info on treating Gyno.

Ive read a ton of different things from people regarding Ralox. Some saying that they saw gyno reduction in a week or two and others saying it took 6+ months for a full reduction. How long does it typically take to start working? Will it be any different if I start treatment while still taking Nolva/Clomid? I still have 2 weeks of pct left but id like to start this Ralox treatment asap.. I know Nolva has a similar action as Ralox, I'm concerned that I may not get the full benefit of the Raloxifene if im also taking Nolvadex, or is this not an issue?

Thanks for your help!

Start taking the Ralox now. You can take it while on PCT. The Tamoxifen should actually help with reducing the gyno as well.

It can take a long time to reverse gyno. Lots of variables. If I had to guess, you will notice results within a couple of months.

Just wondering. What did your E2 come in at when your ran mid-cycle blood work?

Run ralox at 120mg/day week 1 and 60mg/day from there on out. Commit to 8 weeks before evaluating anything. Plan on up to 6 months but you may be done from 2-3 months out. If you dont see ANYTHING at all by 8 weeks your gyno will need to be surgically removed. If you do see improvement keep going. It may be even just about gone after 2 months. You have to play it by ear, everyone is different but the 8 week eval is a good way to go IMO.

I didn't opt for mid-cycle blood work unfortunately. I got pre-cycle blood work done and intend to have more done after PCT but at the time I didn't feel it was a necessity.

I think the gyno may have been brought on by the HCG as I started feeling the effects about a week or two after starting HCG injections. Very surprised the Adex didn't help at all.. Even bumped up to .5mg ED but had to go back down to .25mg ED as I felt like death at that dosage.

I had no changes in strength/mood during the cycle but felt a bit of a change in my libido when the gyno started developing.

Sorry. I thought you said you tried taking all steps possible to help prevent gyno. Blood work is extremely important. In the future you need to run blood work.
