Raloxifene 120 absorption question

I've been on RUI's Raloxifene 120 for about a week now. I'm not seeing any difference from it yet, usually when I take Nolva I feel a reduction in breast tenderness almost right away.

I've been taking the liquid orally, and simultaneously sipping water to wash it down. Is this the proper way to take it, or is watering it down a bad idea?

Its fine taking it that way(exactly how i take it). It takes some time but it works, I have used it myself.

BTW I always wash down my RC's with water, no issues.

Does it have to be mixed with distilled water?

Is tap water fine?

Just use distilled water you can get it at walmart,food stores, or pharmacy for under $2/galon
