Your attachment is only 92kB.

23MB is entirely too huge, either your song is 25 minutes long or you recorded it in WAV format which is 10 times larger than MP3 compression.

If you convert it to MP3 format, bump it down to 64kb mono (unless you need stereo), you should be able to get 5 minutes of music into about 1.25MB which would still be too large to attach to the board. I believe the board limit is somewhere around 100kB or something like that, maybe a quarter of a meg at the most (haven't posted enough pr0n to remember right now).

In other words, you still need to find a host like Tripod or whatever, although the bandwidth would be exceeded by the hourly limit with about 3 downloads an hour probably.

You basically have to post a link, like I said the attachment limit is very small even in terms of trying to attach a BMP image. I think the limit is 125kB or something, not big enough but for a few seconds of an MP3 much less a movie.
