I ran your stats (guessing you were 25) in a BMR calculator, your daily calorie needs are 2050.

Your diet plan is to eat 2160? So how do you plan on cutting?

Think less on adding chemicals and more on total calorie intake vs burning. It's this simple math that does all the fat loss.

Follow my 1 and only tip!

I'm new here, but with out having a solid diet and a good understand of nutrition/macro's I don't think it would be wise to add chemicals to your fitness plan. Just my 2cents

maybe start here

and then read this

what was ur daily total for protein??

BustedChalk - I have a full understanding of nutrition so i dunno where that comment came from
I appreciate it 3J. my protein intake was only 187g and yes i know it should be higher (min 200g).
I knew my breakfast sucked but its what i was actually eating so i didnt wanna lie n cheat myself. I will switch it up tho, get into the habit of forcing down some rolled oats n eggs. And as for my last meal i will make the switch to a slow digesting protein.
Appreciate your help.

3000 calories seems very low for someone on steroids... ur body needs more calories already just being on gear u get extra hungry and need more protein etc ....
