Hey guys plz check my diet !!! and tell me your opinion

8:30 am

5 eggs whites + 4 tbsp oats " full grain "

10:30 am

4 tablets Amino 2002 " Ultimate Nutrition "

12:30 pm

200 grams tuna + 1 apple

2:00 pm

4 tablets Amino 2002 " Ultimate Nutrition "

4:00 pm

Chicken Breast + 1 orange + 1 grilled potato + salad " only Cucumber + Lettuce"

5:00 pm - 7:30 pm

1hr workout +
30 minutes Cardio + 30 minutes Abs + 20 minutes sauna + 10 minutes waist exercises (1hr 30 minutes) - after workout 4 tablets Amino 2002 " Ultimate Nutrition "

8:00 pm

2 scoops whey Protein " Ultimate Nutrition "

9:00 pm

200 grams tuna + salad " only Cucumber + Lettuce"

My weight 76Kg, Body Fat Percentage = 18.33 %, Body Mass index = 24.8

4 tablets Amino 2002 " Ultimate Nutrition " No idea what this is.

I'd get some fats in at least 2 meals and take fish oil caplets throughout the day. Olive oil, avocado, nuts and nut butters, oils.....all healthy fats. I'm also big on vegetables. Have them in at least 3 meals.

I'm not sure if you are looking to lose or gain.....you will have to adjust your calories accordingly.

By starving yourself you arent gonna help your metabolism get going. Try eating more real food often throughout the day.

BMI means little to nothing.
