IMO.. I would NOT clasify them as "a good meal" however I do consume raw eggs in my first shake of the day (usually 3-4 eggs whites w/one yolk). Now if you were to cook up an Egg white omlett (maybe 4-5 egg whites w/1 yolk) and throw in a side of real old fashion oatmeal (no sugar), that would be a good meal.
I used to do it - not problems health wise, they really arent as dangerous as their reputation. But there's just easier ways to get your protein in quickly.
