Raw Vegetables vrs. Cooked?

yes.. the walls of fiberous veggies like broccoli do not get digested well. when you break it down with steam it makes digestion easier... you actually get more nutrients from veggies when flash steamed.. im not talking about making them muck.. a very quick steaming will be enough.. just to soften it

For sure, maybe that explains the bloating and gas one gets afterwards if too much is consumed.

its the bacteria in your stomach working overtime to break it down.. and failing lol..

the methane in your gut is caused by byproduct of a benefit bacteria in your gut digesting your food for you.. simple case of symbiotic relationship

what about the heat, killing the protein or other values, like heat kills vitamin C, does the same happen with flash steaming?

it would be virtually untraceable.. the difference that is.. your not killing the whole thing with heat... just enough to make it digestable
