Re make of Scarface, A waste of budget for Universal Studios...

Hey you steroidologist nimpho's lol, haven't been here in a while, glad to be back !
Just found out that Universal Studios is doing a remake of Scarface, so, initially thought Wow, this might be interesting. After reading through it said that there were rumors that Leonardo Dicaprio was a possible lead for the movie, but it looks like the lead it's going to be played by Diego Luna, and the plot will be him growing up as a gang member and rising up to the top of the Mexican cartel. His sister will be played by Sofia Vergara. This is the actor that made dirty dancing Havana nights which sucked, this movie only made 14 million, terrible earnings. I predict that the new Scarface will be a disaster, why did they have to remake it?, they should have left it alone, or they should have made it in style.
Like to hear what you all think, should Universal Studios remake scarface ?

Hollywood is so predictable... what we need is better writters and directors, hollywood should invest more in conservative values..

I thought Diego Luna was wonderful in Dirty Dancing 5. Having said that, I think it will be a hit just for all the hype that is built up with the media-but in the darkness of my studio style projection sofa room Ill always reach over and press play to the original Scarface with Al.
If you want to see the African American version of Scarface just watch New Jack City With Wesley Snipes when he could act.
If you want to see the Latino version watch Kingpin (the Tv Show not the kinping movie with Woody H.) Its a TV show but with the high production quality of Hollywood with great casting, lots of gangsters, storyline etc. and its 13 Episodes long so great for those Thanksgiving or Christmas movie marathons or those rainy weekends.
I dont know if there is an Asian version, or Indian, British?
