Thanks for helping a brother out.

Me
34yo 6'1" 212lbs 16% BF
Many years in the gym and have done only oral ph's up until now. I may be somewhat prone to gyno since I have a little, but that could also be because when I first started with orals I did not know better and never did any pct.

I'm ready to start asap and already have in hand everything listed below. I want to use clomid for pct since I have a script for it. My goal is to increase strength with dry/lean gains-but not too much since this need to fly under the radar of, well mostly, my wife.

The plan

On Cycle
weeks 1-10 test prop at 500mg wk
weeks 5-10 Var at 50 ed
weeks 2-10 arimidex at .5mg eod

PCT
Clomid at 100/50/50/50

...thoughts?

I would start the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) from week 1 especially since you are prone to gyno. Secondly, I just don't see why you didn't run a long ester test with this. I guess I just personally hate most SE gear. lol. Other than that, looks good. You could add some nolva to PCT and definitely add in some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and run throughout the cycle at 250ius twice per week.

I was thinking prop because I wanted to run a shorter cycle and hoping for drier gains. I'm kind of a freak when it comes to pain threshold so we will see. Maybe the PIP will humble me as I have heard it does for some. How necessary do you think the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is? I'm literally ready to pin for the first time in the next two hours. And seeing how I don't have an Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) I am planning on going without unless there is something very compelling that makes me hold off until I get some, or start now and add as soon as it arrives. Thoughts?

If you think you might be prone to gyno, might be wise to obtain some Nolvadex ASAP, to have on hand if you do indeed flare up ( so you can act right away)...and if you don't you can throw it into your PCT, which will only be more beneficial to you in conjunction with your clomid.

Thanks. So I will grab some nolva. Would it be wise to grab Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) while im at at and just start it when I can?

Personally, I'm never going to run a cycle WITHOUT hCG.
..So IMO, yes if I were you I would absolutely get hCG, It is cheap, and is nothing but beneficial in many aspects of your cycle.

I would start the cycle and order some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and start using it as soon as it comes. My 0.2 cent

I'm on it. First pin went well, as far as I can tell. Pinned my thigh first so I could really see everything that was going on. Literally didn't feel a thing-then, but today it feels sore, not unbearable, yet.

Thanks for all you help with questions to all those who chimed in
