Ok I think I'm
Ready went from 200 to 215 lbs. in a year by lifting building mass, but need to shred fat, (been doing lots of cardio) and I want to gain more muscle. I work out 5 days a week and take force factor, gnc multi vitamin (sport) and a thermogenic oxy elite pro, hooked on Advocare spark, ja3ked, and ravage for pre work outs, eat lots of proteins and fruits, any steroids I should consider to get better results? Also take whey at end of workouts. Thoughts?
 
I think you're ready to read the stickies at the top of this forum then post questions that the stickies may not have answered for you. AAS is a great tool when used correctly, but dangerous and potentially harmful if not treated with respect.
 
I would suggest first to do ALOT more research before starting anything. But go with what bhrees said 500mg test e or c for 10-12 weeks with a solid cutting diet/training plan. Also make sure you have your PCT/AI all setup.
 
I've had my stints with clen, i have to say it's not for me between the sweating and shaking. i'll just stick to the low carb high protein/fat cutting diet. I usually drop body fat down to 5-7% anyways when on.
 
bro you have to bring something to the table for people to help you. usually first cycle is a test only. have Ai and a Good pct. keep your diet in check and be consistent with gym.

Agreed. I used it once years ago, and the same sides weren't worth it. And some of these guys using dnp... Insane! Eat serious, train serious, sleep serious, then repeat. Works for me every time.
 
Albuterol is better imho. You need to do a lot of research. Read all the sticks and ALL the steroid profiles then ask some questions and then you'll be ready. This is not something to take lightly. Good luck
