look real to me, used them myself.....however i did not feel them till around week 5 or 6 ! takes a long time to kick in, but when they do !! ohhh la la !

I have testex Elmu prologatum , I got it from a trusting source.

it's quite similar but the ring is white and it's written ALTANA Pharma SA instead of ELMU SA on your pic.

Wrong. Its 125mg/1ml and it comes in 2ml amps

Bro,, DONT get the old Testex from BYK,, They stopped the production long time ago,, so the most of The old ones is Fakes,
get the new from Altana Pharma if you go Testex.
