Realistically at most how much muscle weight can I expect to gain naturally with out gear if i continue to stay up with my cal/protein/carb intake, and intense work out schedule in 6 months? I'm almost 21, 6'2 185 lbs right now.

this question is impossible to answer. youre still young so gaining muscle is still pretty easy. and at 6'2 i would imagine you could easily hit 200 lbs with a respectable low BF%.

it's just i've always had extreme problem gaining muscle weight since i was younger, i've always been extremely lean and skinny i've probably only went from 160 to 185 in about 2 years.

Well I can tell you right now, @ 6'2'' if you can't hit 200lbs naturally then your not going to do it on steroids. The problem is lying in your diet or training. What does it look like?

450-500g's of carbs a day, 325g's protein, 4500 cals, 1.5 galons of water, no sugars, salts, sodium, fastfoods. is it possible to gain 15-20 lbs in 6 months on that diet?
heres just a quick run over my work out

Gym 5 days a week, split work outs, 45 mins to hour of carido every other day. just to give u an idea of what i can lift, bench press 185 x 12, 225 x 6, 250 x 2 . squats, 185 x 18, 250 x 10, 300 x 4, obviously i hit every other muscle on different days and what not just wanted to give you a general idea.

Wow, your pretty dedicated on the whole diet thing. i'm just about the same stats as you but my diet consists of a little lower cals because i naturally gain weight fast. Your diet is perfect, also sodium isn nessesarilly a bad thing in a bulk diet cuz water can actually help you in strength. i think you'll gain wieght pretty steadily and if your not then i would stop doing so much cardio. your naturally skinny so you won't gain as much fat as other people if you cut your cardio to once or twice a week. one last thing is that roids just speed up the gains. if you go natural you should gain the same amount of weight just slower. with your hight you could get well over 215 to two 220 naturally. after that you might want to incorperate Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) to get though bodasious gains. Everything your doing now is perfect though.

alright cool thanks. yeah i'd prefer to stay natural for, well forever actually. yeah i've cut the cardio down a bit.
