Hi Needhelp.
First, take a deep breath and remember that there is life outside of the gym and outside of a perfect physique.
It sounds like your problems are not insurmountable.
First, take care of your health. It sounds like discontinuing your current AAS dosing may be a good thing to do. Anyone who thinks a 200+ lbs man at your height is "skinny" is crazy. Don't listen to these idiots at work. Next, if the gyno is troubling you then by all means have it fixed. (BTW it is a super easy fix) If insurance covers it--great. If not, get a job with IKEA, or PEETS, or whomever offers comprehensive insurance in your state or country and get it fixed by your employer. You've lived with the gyno for several years-a few more months will pass very quickly.
Next, get on a diet plan that will allow you to keep the gains that you've made and continue to eat healthy and workout/lift/exercise--that is all good for the mind and spirit.
Then I agree with ONK--no one system (religious or otherwise) will help. If you are religious--great. If you like meditation--do that. But I HIGHLY recommend reading this book:
Commonsense Rebellion by Bruce Levine
I was in a funk (will spare you the details) and this book literally turned my life around--maybe saved my life from being a complete disaster or worse. Dr. Levine will help show you how FK'd our society is and that drugs, shrinks, TV, booze, corporations, technology, and pseudo science, will not help you.
In fact friends, community, and self-reliance is the key. I'd send you a free copy (I am in no way related to or benefit from this book), but I'm still a new member and don't have messaging. I think you can get it used at Amazon for a $1.
Keep looking for answers and remember that there is a whole community of brotherhood offering you support.
